Diablo Immortal will celebrate its 1-year anniversary soon with lots of new content, including a Diablo 4 collab as well as a new class.
Immortal was released in most of the world on June 2 last year, though fans in East and Southeast Asia had to wait until July 8 before the game was released. While this means Diablo immortal isn’t exactly one year old here in East Asia/SEA come June, fans can still expect the new content to go live.
For starters, there’s the Diablo IV launch celebration collab as the series’ next mainline installment is coming this June as well. This collab will feature the Merciless Monstrosity event, Children of Lilith Battle Pass, and Hatred’s Heritage Phantom Market.
Though perhaps the most exciting part of the anniversary celebration is the new Class. While not yet revealed, this new Class is a Diablo Immortal exclusive, and it is the first new Class introduction to the Diablo series since 2014.
While there’s no word yet on what this Class is, Blizzard confirmed that this will feature a mid-range playstyle using a classic weapon type.
The celebration will also introduce a new Zone called Ancients’ Cradle. This new location is Zatham’s homeland and will feature the next chapter of the Main Questline. Plus, there will also be Side Quests, Bounties, and more.
Diablo Immortal is now available on Android, iOS, and PC. For more info on the upcoming Diablo Immortal 1-year anniversary celebrations, visit the Blizzard blog.
