Ubisoft and Level Infinite have teamed up to bring The Division Resurgence to the Philippines and five other countries in SEA.
In case you missed it, Resurgence is an upcoming mobile game in The Division franchise, and it’s going to be a free-to-play multiplayer third-person shooter.
While Ubisoft already releases games officially in the region, given that it’s a mobile game, it makes sense that Ubisoft teamed up with the known mobile game publisher, Level Infinite. After all, Level Infinite is the publisher of games like Goddess of Victory: Nikke and Tower of Fantasy, and more.
With his partnership, Level Infinite and Ubisoft are bringing the game to gamers in the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Indonesia.
As for the game itself, resurgence is described as:
The Division Resurgence is a new and upcoming free-to-play, third-person shooter RPG mobile game from Tom Clancy’s The Division franchise. This next chapter is the series’ canon opus, featuring a new storyline, different specializations, and challenging enemy factions. With stunning graphics, it delivers an immersive AAA gaming experience to mobile players.
Take note though, because of this new partnership, players who previously pre-registered through Ubisoft’s Google Play Store page will need to use their regional Google Play Store account to register again.
More info on when The Division Resurgence SEA pre-registration will begin will be announced soon. Meanwhile, it was confirmed that the game will get a limited regional beta on the Google Play Store in selected regions, though more details will be revealed at a later date.
